Refund Eligibility

Should you find that the product or service does not meet your expectations or requirements, we are pleased to offer you the opportunity to request a refund within a period of three (3) calendar days from the initial date of purchase. However, please be aware that if your word usage is over 1,000 words, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Subscription Cancellation and Refunds

For subscription-based services, customers have seven (7) days from their billing date to request a refund if they forgot to cancel their subscription. This provides a clear window for addressing oversight in subscription management.

After the 7-day period has elapsed, no refunds will be processed for that billing cycle. We encourage customers to manage their subscriptions proactively through their account settings.

Yearly and Lifetime Plan Purchases

All yearly and lifetime plan purchases are final and non-refundable. Due to the significant discount and extended commitment nature of these plans, we cannot offer refunds for yearly or lifetime plan purchases under any circumstances. Please ensure you are comfortable with this purchase before completing your transaction.

We recommend trying our service with a monthly subscription first if you would like the flexibility of a refund policy before committing to a yearly or lifetime plan.

Exception

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund after the refund period has passed or if you have used over 1,000 words. We encourage you to try out our services in the initial days to ensure you are satisfied.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at realtouchai@gmail.com. Provide us with your full name, details of the service purchased and the reason for your refund request.

Once we receive your email, our team will investigate your claim. After verification, we will initiate the refund process, if applicable.
